Hi BF.

Thanks for your message. It's goes straight to my heart. I've been away for a couple of weeks. Too many things to take care of and not enough time. The rhythm has slowed down now and I can relax. I'm still syncing. And I just started "The Meditation Solution". Just yesterday. My plan is to do HS in the morning and MS at night. I'll see how it goes.

What's new on your end? Are you doing okay?

I'm sending you joy, peace and light.

Take care. Kossi

Thanks for your support and advice. I'm sorry to hear about your recent split. I think we've all been there, on both sides, and neither side is any better then the other. I hope your ex-partner is ok. It's a tough thing to go thru but if you did what is right in your heart, that is what matters most. Time does heal all wounds. And this one will heal too.

Hope you have a wonderful day and thanks again.

Sorry for the delayed response. I just checked in yesterday and haven't quite gotten into the habit of coming to "my page". Boy do I miss the old site.

You are correct in that I have not been on much as of late. Part of that was do to the fact I was away last week on business in Orlando Florida. And part was due in fact to the depression I suffer from time to time. It's a terrible illness that seems to come and go at it's own discretion. Although there are some things that can trigger a depressive episode, mostly it just comes upon me like a wave and washes over me. Sometimes that wave lasts for a day, other times it can be for 2 weeks. Fortunately for me, I have been feeling good the last 5 days or so. Hopefully it will continue. Thank you for thinking of me. I truly truly appreciate it. It means alot to me.

I did contribute a couple of comments yesterday and I hopefully will continue to contribute. How are you doing? Anything good to report?

I really didn't address your comment. There was an estimated 60-100 million Native Americans on this continent before the Europeans came. Native Americans called them the Wishitsu i.e. "too many to count". Now there are less than one million Native Americans left. The genocide has not ended. Now they are being killed with poverty and addiction. The price of alcohol near a reservation costs far less than anywhere else. Also their mineral rights and natural resources on the reservation are being stolen. They still do not own the land they live on. It's owned by the Federal Government. My personal theory is that this is the result of greed, but also the result of hate and envy toward their Spiritual nature and connection with Grandmother Earth. gww

To understand Native American Spirituality, you need to know the Medicine Wheel(peyzjutah sugalishkah) . The Medicine Wheel by Sun Bear and Wabun. Other books are Fool's Crow by Thomas E. Mails, Sacred Language by William K Powers, Watch For Me On The Mountain by Forrest Carter. There was a book written by a woman about Austraila called either Walkabout or The Walkabout.

Of course, there are the Carlos Castaneda books. I experienced and shared in Native American ceremony for over 20 yrs, but I never got a tattoo. Interesting that you did. Must have touched something deep within you. There are leaders to do Native American ceremony in Australia. I don't know how authentic they are. gww

He was a Zuni Warrior. They live in the area where the Navajo and Apache live. If you're interested the most accurate book on ceremony is Sacred Path Cards by Jamie Sams. She is Seneca. The Vision by Tom Brown Jr is another book that describes Native Spirit. gww.
