What the article does not speak to is how meditation changes one's nutritional pattern and exercise pattern. Meditation also changes identity which includes physical identity.

It's done all those things for me and more, GWW!

I recently went for some lab tests and a general check up. I've never had unusually high blood pressure--it was always just slightly elevated. This time, and they checked it twice to be sure, it was 111/67 and my pulse was 65. I'm not a runner; just do tread mill for 45 minutes every other day and some minimal weightlifting. So I attribute these scores mostly to H/S meditation. It's just another confirmation for me that the program is working.

Consensus reality teaches us from an early age that we (our self-image, our mind, our ego) are a static "thing" that moves through time, from past into the future, bouncing off and being affected by other things. It gives us the impression that everything is changing all around us, that we are separate, that somehow we are locked into our own conditioning from our past.

ALL FALSE!

"We" are not static. In fact, the "I" that I think I am, is not who I really am! The "I" that I am now is molecularly different than the "I" I was ten minutes ago!

It is an illusion that we are a constant thing passing through time. There is only Now, therefore "I" do not change and "become" something else, all that is an illusion. Spring does not become summer. First there is spring, THEN there is summer. Our memory links our past into a continuum and our imagination projects a future.

What I'm really trying to say is - Holosync increases our awareness. Increased awareness equals knowing this truth. Knowing this truth means being able to fully die to the past and be reborn in every instant, the eternal Now moment. This means YOU can CHOOSE in every moment "who" you are, what you want to "be." Because the truth is, YOU are the entire going on of it all, the entire universe, limitless...

How can anyone not love this man? How wonderful we get to keep our sense of humor in a state of enlightenment; he certainly has and manages to use it effectively.

JJH--inspiring to see how well you grasp all this. Or I suppose more accurately, I should say, BE all this.
