I bought his book and started to read it. I just wasn't that impressed with his writing. I found his suggestions/recommendations and even his philosophy to be pretty basic and somewhat shallow. I don't know why but I just didn't get excited ...

I agree with you about the Life Review section. That Chapter was truly worth reading the entire book which I thought was excellent also. Glad you liked it.

I have battled back from addiction, depression and anxiety thanks to my return to God and my continued effort to develop a close and personal relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus! I love Jesus more then the heat of a million Suns! He has ALWAYS been there for me, even the times I may have abandoned Him during my own selfishness and stupidity.. I am now on a Spiritual journey to get as close to God as I possibly can while I am still on this physical Earth plane. I am consuming book after book on topics that deal with my faith, Spirituality, Quantum Physics, Life Afer Death, and other scientific/religious/metaphysical topics. My appetite for learning about such things is insatiable!

By the way if you buy more levels at once, do they come in one shipment ? or do they sent them after you finished a level. ?

Thanks, but I haven't really been away. I just only log in if I want to post a question or respond to something. You don't have to be logged in for only reading.
I have now almost consumed AL3, only 19 days to go. Waiting for the Spring Sale to get level 4.
And I still do Spring forest qigong and the Jeddah Mali meditations almost daily.

- Hi MySpirit had a bit of a journey these past few months but I'm back now and feeling good. Hey I read you've gone back to HS, good for you. How are you enjoying it? I'm still doing PM, level 6 now. I've also got level 6 of MS, I really like it, I have a strong feeling with it in my head, like I've had one too many glasses of wine. Anyway hope you are well.
