Good advice on the Secret. So get this, after posting I received many messages from people offering help and I took one up on the offer. How beautiful that we are all here for each other huh? Feeling such kindness really lifted my spirits. Today as negative thoughts came to me I just kept thinking of the word "smile" that way I was unable to continue with the flow of negativity. Tonight I plan on having a beer, taking a bath and really thinking of what I am grateful for and just get back to the basics of who I am and KNOW that the universe will respond accordingly. I have found in life that when you come from a place of gratitude AND giving, so much comes back to you. While I find myself in a scary position right now, I can still give to others in different ways and I have so much to be grateful for and I need to start focusing on those things. By the way I'm sure you get this all the time but your pic is adorable!
