Well it's easy enough to do, it's just making sure you do it every day. I felt so great in the beginning but I often 'fell asleep'....or went somewhere, but I think it helped me a lot. It's hard to know how much because at the same time I got really into Abraham Hicks and to me that is the best thing I have ever found.
We saw them in Dublin last May, and again in Toronto last September. Wish I was going again this year!
Your St. Patricks day sounds great, I'd really enjoy that myself.

Have you been doing Holosync for long? I have been at it a little over a year but lately haven't been sticking to it, just trying to get back to now.

Hi Aveen.......just saw your name and location and wondered if the name would be from the traditional Aoibheann?? that's my daughters middle name and we have loads of different versions of how to pronounce it given to us since we named her almost 19 years ago! Welcome to Holosync......Wish is was in Dublin now!
