Does anyone here use wireless headphones? I usually move around a little when I'm meditating but I'm wondering if there will be any problems with the frequencies and the Holosync technology. Thanks.
Hi Matt,
I think this would be question for centerpointe support. I don't remember wireless headphones being discussed before, but I know if you search "headphones" there a some discussions on them.
The retreat was great. I attended his last one. I believe it was effective for me because I was a participant with his activities. On top of that I received some extras...a few life time friends across the states and countries. It has been a year and we still connect.
I think more doors opened up for me sooner than later
Does Bill still H/S? He told us occasionally but apparently pulled the wool over some of our eyes. So take it from there
He left for bigger and better stuff...Genpo/Big Mind? And became a priest.
I ran into him at a book signing 8 mos later and he appeared as a Genpo wannabe ;)
PS The retreat would not have been so effective if it was only Bill. He had a great staff, we were at a great Place and all the ppl on my retreat were stupendous

I guess it's like most things, the more you're prepared to put yourself out, step that little bit longer, the more one gains. This forum is a big deal for me, getting all this feedback and knowledge at the effort of an email (though the thinking side takes a tad longer :-) ). Mixing with other HSers and BH et al must be several levels up. Presumably you would need to be experienced at HS and development before attending?
regards

Experienced? Nahhh just very open to new adventures. There was at least one person there who never even used H/S. The rest of us were spread all over the place from awakening on up. Some had never even moved on from level one. I think I was towards the end of level 3.
This is a helpful forum for many. I know way back I gained a lot. However, I believe the more you give the more you get. I have some nice friends here & like to continue to visit when I get the opportunity.
Hang in , keep contributing, asking questions and enjoy!

Check out the frequency range to the recommended pair of wired headphones as wireless may not be ideal for the higher levels.
You have to be careful with wireless headphones and interference as you don't want the local taxi firm interrupting you during your meditation Also the ones in the 2.4GHz band may interfere with baby monitors, cordless phones and wireless internet.
So basically its the acoustic range and the interference factors you should look out for when choosing wireless headphones.
The ones we used at the retreat were Sennheiser branded and seemed to be fine for the higher level when we were there. I have checked the frequency ranges of these and they seem to be mostly 18-21,000Hz or 22-19,500Hz. Sony do one MDR6000 which is 12-22,000. You might need to check with Centerpointe to find out what the exact range is that they require. The ones they sell go from 5-30,000 but they are the wired ones. It would be interesting to find out what they say.
Cheers, Sue

Thanks everyone. I went ahead with the Senheisers they sell on Amazon. I couldn't find any specific Hz range on any of my Centerpointe information, but I think I remember reading that until you reach the much deeper levels the Hz range required is easily met by most ordinary headphones. If anyone has the numbers though I'd like to know just out of curiosity.
Oh by the way, I never introduced myself. My name is Matt, I've been lurking on the forum for a little while but had never posted until I had this question. I really like what's going on here, the open sharing of our experiences with the program. I'm looking forward to sharing with all of you and becoming a part of this community. I think a lot of Holosync users (myself definitely included) feel kind of alone with this experience sometimes because it's such a specific and unique experience of personal growth, it can be hard to talk about this stuff with anyone else. Briefly my story is that I started Holosync about 3 years ago, and have been on and off it ever since. I am currently on Awakening Level 3.2 and have been experiencing leaps and bounds of awareness in the past couple months. I'm getting ready to move up to 3.3 soon.
I look forward to getting to know all of you and using this forum for positive personal growth. Feel free to let me know if I'm screwing up any unwritten forum rules, I am new here. Thanks.

Hi Matt and welcome
I only found this forum in September gone and enjoy it for much the same reasons as you do. I'm at AL 1.3 and still not sure whether it's HS that's doing it or just the fact that i'm aware of the reasoning behind it. But it's pretty much a blast anyway so I ain't complaining :-)
enjoy
