Sorry Frank, I can't seem to figure how to post a link here. (Severely computer impaired!)
But just typing in his website, adyashanti.org to the browser gets one to his home page and a list of selections in a column on the left includes "travels" clicking on that takes one to a list including Philadelphia, and that takes one to the necessary details.

GWW, you wrote, "Letting go of self identity and all the programming that went into forming a false self sometimes seems impossible to me". I think it's because we all have the concept, "It's just so damn good being me". Isn't that the truth. The ego just loves itself. I mean, it's by far the best story around. Yet, it's still just a story. Ugh!

As you know they say Awakening is just a decision. What we envision as a mountain to overcome is, in it's most basic form, simply neuron connection that's seems pretty hard-wired. Yet, seemingly or not, I suspect, "if you have faith as small as a mustard seed", you will move that mountain. You will.
