its me again! The question is that i was reading an article on harmonic brainwave entrainment website.It was about binaural beats.They said that the binaural beats are very dangerous to health and it has many side effects and it can cause headaches.I dont know whether they were advertising their isochronic tones or some thing else but the problem is that an obsession stuck to my mind about headache.I have been using holosync for about 10 months and i havent experienced any headaches or other side effects but now after reading this article iam obsessing about holosync that these r binaural beats and it can cause headaches and i know this is just an obsession but i cant control it and its ruining my life since then.As you all know that i have OCD plzzz help me! I dont want to stop using holosync cos i love it.

The only thing I could say of any comfort would be that I've been doing H/S for approx 5 yrs. now and it's never caused a headache....

No headaches, or any ailments. So far all in my favor :) I am on Purification level enjoying immensely...matter of fact it's that time~~

First I would say, for 10 months you have not had headaches. That would be a good point to obsess on.
