I am quite amazed when people here metion they are on AL3 and beyond, you must be super gurus at dealing with stress, I don't see myself reaching that level in quite some time, that's ok though, easy does it.
I took a 2 month + break from holosync after completing AL1 CD1. 3 days ago I started up again (on the same AL CD1) and my entire body energy feels like its in contradiction. I am feeling ALOT of anger and it's clouding my judgement.
I like the Abraham-hicks analogy of hitting a tree at 5 mph vs hitting it at 50 mph. Holosync definitely takes me to 50 mph and I am so feeling the trees. I don't see how its worth stressing my body and others around me if I am not going to be more conscious in addressing to the increased stressors.
I have decided that I will take it slow. I am going to meditate vipassana style and prepave before I use the HS CDs. Also I plan on 1day on 1day off.
Anyone else have to regulate their HS usage in a similar way?
