Whats your H/S Level, and what else besides H/S do you practice?

To "Whatever will be, will be."

I am currently applying L3, CD3.
Always and as much as possible, I practice "Awareness watching Awareness."

My favorite authors include: Vernon Howard, Guy Finley, Robert A. Russell, Don Miguel Ruiz, Alfred Aiken, Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, and many others.

Awakening, is realizing one is not who or what one thought, felt and believed.
Awakening is recognizing habits of thought and feeling that create a prison in which one becomes familiar and then fears loosing.
There is a word that when spelled backwards is its opposite.
There is truth and there is that which is false.
There is life and there is that which is death itself.
There is awareness and there is sleep.
In awakening we see what has confused and enslaved itself.
In life with awareness we begin to understand the meaning of evil.
Truth flows in one direction and never resists itself.
Awakening opens itself into this awareness and expression.

S.O ~~

I am glad I am not alone here.
I don't know about desserts. I just remembered We worked on that one too. It has to be an opposite meaning right?

Clark! wake up where are you?

Yesterday, perhaps while I was entering a post on a yahoo chat group called "insight4awakening" I may have thought of my question. Anyway, Stalking Owl's first response is the one I had in mind.

Why would Evil be the opposite of Live? !!!

First, there is no death for true life. Second the only opposite to what is real, good, true, light, radiant, and invigorating is its opposite and in my mind 'EVIL' fits that model perfectly.

In one sense there may be only one real sin! That sin is to deny GOD.
Now what could possibly deny GOD?
Only ignorance.
So what then could possibly radiate such darkness from its very core?
It would have to be something that rebelled against truth, light, and love.
Thus it embodied and became ignorance.
It is so very laughable and sad at the same time.
A thought occurred, perhaps to a very spiritual angel we might call Lucifer, he liked the thought and felt it made him equal too and/or superior to GOD, and LIFE, and TRUTH as he knew it only moments earlier. Sadly he was gravely mistaken and it lead to his downfall.

Caught up in the creation of opposites and justifications, and insecurities, and resistance, and confusion, and lust for increasing the strength he had so recently lost, he struggled to assure himself and others of his accuracy and power and capabilities to rule this vast expanse of intelligence.

Many listened, remembering his former glory and became deceived.
They followed their new leader as he fell into the darkness he now so dearly loved.

Thus were the stories of the tree of knowledge born.
It has appeared to be a battle of good against evil ever since.

However, love never entered into the battle. Love never knew resentments, Love continued without dimming so much as a flicker.

It has been written that Jesus said; "You can do nothing except my Father permit it."
This may not be the exact translation but I would express this slightly different.
"Man can do nothing that GOD does." In the same breath, the only life man has is the life enabled by life sustenance, which is GOD. Mankind's identification with logic, reason, language, and creativity that mankind so cherishes and claims, is erroneous. But intellect alone is blind to that fact.

So can you see this point? How the only contrast to light is dark and the only contrast to good is evil, and the only contrast to live is evil, because there is no true death?

Remember, only the dead can bury their dead! Life has no part in that dream.
The dead cannot believe one can function if they release their dependence upon justifications as created by "knowledge."

Any who are caught within the trap of imagined opposites suffer only because they fearfully cling to the mis-identifications they mistakenly believed in.

Love never punishes and so remains pure.

Error is as complete and painful a punishment as has ever entranced its victims.
The true individual is not the error itself, but the individual caught in the downward spiraling trap fails to notice this fact.

WOW Clark! This is terrific. I just love the way you process your thoughts and then put them in type.

Congrats to you S. O. Welp the competition is over here but I cant wait to see what all my teammates are coming up with tomorrow night. You should have seen their faces squirming in thought. They even kept asking me how many letters was in the word.

Do I dare bring this back to them with your reply Clark? LOL...they might hold me under water...

I have a bit of chance before to get back online before I head out for the rest of the day.

Clark, as I said earlier~I really liked everything you had to say here. Your writing is very strong and it takes me a couple of times to go thru…SLOWLY…but it’s worth it. Pardon me if ever come back off course I just need clarification that is all.

I was listening to Louise Hays book the other day and she talked about how it is such a waste teaching our children to memorize history dates and such. Why not teach them how to live life, love, be good parents, be good friends etc. My kids had to memorize the constitution and get 100% in order to graduate 8th. They had 4 chances to get 100% I was talking to one of my children(21y/0) earlier asking how much he remembered…zipp ,nadda, He did however, remember the grueling wars amongst his classmates as I do too. They incorporated Peer mediation which was a big mistake because it identified kids thus causing more dislike and more problems. Children were chosen to be leaders, recognized as being special for that and even given awards for the positions. This did not attract others to come to them with their problems. Instead it put them in another sub group which elevated them above “The most popular.” They incorporated war on drugs programs but did not think to incorporate working with the child’s underlying issue.

During those years I brought attention to the fact that there was a lot of bullying going on. I was put down by parents and the school board that I was serving on at that time. “Our” community and particularly school didn’t have those issues. Did they even understand the person who acted out as the bully? Why he/she did /does?

This is a parochial school I speak of. ..a community of people who live unconsciously. Do we blame them for that? Hardly. I am not perfect either. I sent my children there to be raised good Catholics. If I had my hands on tons of info that I do now my course of direction/teachings would have been different.

One thing I know for sure is that I raised them with love and respect and I can continue to build on that. They do know who God is and they have a profound love for him. They are college kids now rehashing their learning’s and all I can see is them not practicing the "rules" the school had taught them (Sunday & Holy day obligations) but still having their great love for God.

Getting back to the two words...I would think that to be a beautiful foundation to use in teachings.

Thank you Clark…

Well. There is LIVED and the reverse DEVIL.

But that's not exactly the opposite either.

Anway, today I purchased the EquiSync Balance CD for about $35 and going to give a try 2 or 3 times a week. I also purchased the Alpha and Theta mp3's from BrainMusic Power. Guess I was just in a mood to try a few new programs. Believe it or not, I"m still debating (more like waffling) on whether to keep with Meditation Solution (I am on MS 3 which is equivalent to HS 3) and move up to MS4 or go back to Holosync but instead of stepping back and going to HS 2 as Centerpointe Support recommended, and instead of going to HS 4 which is the equivalent to MS 4, perhaps I"ll make a lateral move to HS 3 when the Fall Special comes around.

The title "Dialogues with the Devil" reminds me of another "Beelzebub's Tales to His Grandson."
I wonder how similar they may be.
I will first check to see if it is carried at my local Library.

When it comes to contrast, I suppose it can be slightly helpful to recall that our perceptive abilities are extremely limited compared to some animals and compared to what exists in the universe of which we are currently incapable of even beginning to imagine.

I long to experience the day everyone expresses light, truth, love, energy, etc, the planet buzzing gracefully in life's oozing flow of creativity expanding with every exhalation and purifying the cells of every being with every inhalation.

In the balance we have this world which is by nature, perfect, when uncorrupted by "artificial intelligence." The earth is always renewing itself and radiantly expanding into marvelous beauty.

Relative to spiritual awareness, even mental activity can be viewed as "artificial intelligence!"

There are many books I have not read through completely, Gurdjieff's "Beelzebub's Tales to His Grandson." included. Even though it is part of my collection! I agree that it requires some intense tenacity to complete.

Our perceptions may be unlimited.

Only as we dive into the heart of being, of awareness, of love, of life, of truth, can we begin to glimpse such possibilities.

It has long been said that GOD rewards those who seek him, and only HIM first, always.

It is in fact the very first proclaimed and recorded commandment.
It comes before everything we may desire. Even joy itself.

All this sounds very nice, but I have to wonder--where is the shadow? And don't you feel any identification with being human? Being the kind of being who loves, hates, dreads, hopes, feels pain as well as pleasure?

It is stated by Genpo and Tolle you live with Ego and you live in Awareness and it is okay as long as it is properly balanced. How else can we survive literally?

In answer to Liz, the correct response is YES! I still relate to and experience life through this body I perceive myself in. To whatever extent there is blindness in me, I respond in life exactly like any common human being. I have insight some may not yet recognize in them self. But, I also have points of weakness some would love to trample over for the satisfaction of proving they are superior in some way, or just to prove they are no less human than me!

Is it an honor and blessing to place our failings and weakness upon the highest spire and worship it? No, it is merely a desire to escape from what causes us to stumble.

The confusion arises from misunderstanding what it is to be kind, loving, and hopeful or angry. To be kind is to see in others the highest strengths I find in myself. To be kind is to realize that the potential I have, everyone has. To be cruel is to believe that others are less than I and are without hope of any kind of improvement whatsoever!

To love, is to recognize in others the deepest completion and wholeness we have been able to recognize in our self. We prize the loved one because they remind us of that part of our self we love deeply.

Loving is a satisfaction and we enjoy being near one we love and touching one we love, it is also true that our love when not understood or if rejected, criticized or ignored, can quickly transform into anger, hatred, and even violence against the ones we claim to love!

(For those who want a deeper understanding of themselves and their loved ones, I strongly encourage you to buy and read “THE ESSENTIAL LAWS OF FEARLESS LIVING” BY Guy Finley. It is his newest work that is a culmination of integrating many of his previous works into one book.

We ourselves are always our own darkest shadow.
How can we survive without the turmoil and violence and rebellions in which we suffer?
Some will say it is impossible; to have a world in peace is to have a dead world.
I say this is not so and only a lack of understanding prompts such statements.

It is true that the world in nature and life in general will always continue to have its struggles as survival dictates the natural order of things.

But it is a mistake to think that natural order applies to our ability to walk in the aware experience of being completely one with consciousness everywhere. This sounds so airy and out there! But in simple fact it is so basic that everyone overlooks it without noticing.

When we love another, what is it that flips about in our heart? Is it not the sense that we perceive a deep peaceful strength in them that is reliable, dependable, and shall remain consistent. We are drawn to what appears stable, infinite, and compassionate, something that can be depended upon to never weaken or coddle in a disrespectful way.
Much more could be said, of course, but I hope this is enough in this moment.

Balance is a tricky game.
I do not claim to have mastered it.
My ignorance still covers a vast universe of possibilities!
The more I express, the more I look at myself, the more I want to be of benefit, the more I grow, the more I find areas of weakness and lack of understanding. It may always be this way, as long as I recognize the slightest “I” in being a part of this world.

Shall my failings then prevent me from sharing the insight currently available to me?
Shall we always demand absolute perfection from ourselves and any who would provide us with the possibility to understand something differently than we are currently grasping?

Yes, if you seek to find weakness in me, I willingly admit, I am a coward and a fool.
I have failed both myself and others these many years that I have lived.
There is no excusing that fact.
But, shall I once again hammer my head into the mud?
Shall I pierce my heart once again professing that I am such an idiot and oh so stupid!?
Shall I kick my legs out from under themselves and once again fall as I had just sunk below the surface of my imagined power and super human intelligence?
Yes, to the extent that I am a bloated ego, I shall fall and hopefully fail to rise again.

But there is more to you and me than this puppet of pretended lovability.
Deep within each of us there is a spring of truth that is constantly bubbling up and trying to work its way to the surface where we may experience its thirst quenching qualities.

That living water is what we truly love and want to fully awaken too, LIVE in, and through our very self, find its expression. In that way GOD lives within ones heart, and GOD speaks! So long as we do not get in the way and corrupt that expression.

I see this is a pretty old thread, but just went through the entire thing. Interesting read, indeed!

I'm 11 days into Level 4, Disc 3.

This weekend I made a pilgrimage to Life of Learning Foundation run by Guy Finley up there in Merlin, Oregon. I got to meet him and asked him to sign a brand new journal that I will be beginning to use starting in the morning for a class I've enrolled in called the Artist's Way...(it's a class to help artist's with blockages).

Anyway, along with Holosync, I sporadically use Fabeku's sound healing mp3's with the gongs and drumbeats used to shift one's energy. Also, I'm a pretty dedicated follower at GuyFinleyNow.org where his weekly lectures are uploaded and accessible.

In my journal he wrote a great inspirational quote and it was so great to have been able to go there and meet some of the students as well. He wrote:

"Welcome Truth into your heart. Give it a home there and, in exchange, it will give you the fearless life for which you long." GF
